Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

All products sold on KEYONE are digital goods. Once a product has been delivered (download, license key, or access credentials), the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

We may issue a refund only in the following cases:

  • The product was not delivered within 7 days of payment confirmation;
  • The product is fundamentally non-functional and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time;
  • You were charged in error (duplicate transaction).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after delivery;
  • Misuse, account suspension by third-party platforms, or use contrary to our Terms of Service;
  • Lack of compatibility you did not check before buying;
  • Issues caused by your environment, network, or hardware.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send a refund request via WhatsApp or email to contact@keyone1.com within 7 days of purchase, including:

  • your order reference,
  • full name and phone used at checkout,
  • a clear description of the issue.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment channel.
